although i haven't consulted with the rest of the Rules & Competitions Committee to try and get a consensus, i am going to go ahead and name Saddam Hussein as the honorary Master of Ceremonies for the 2004 Facial Hair Derby in honor of his unusually Walt Whitman-esque facial foliage.
