whew. near miss there. i was trying unsuccessfully (obviously) to add links to my blog. i was not prepared for this task. too many /'s and >'s and all kinds of other stuff i am not dorky enough to understand. which is shocking, really. i tried tinkering with things a little bit to see if i could rumble, bumble and stumble my way into the promised land, so to speak. instead i almost deleted my archives, which would have been a shame, considering all of the great stuff that i've got archived all the way back to when i began in September. seriously, there's a lot of good stuff. you should check it out. i've been crapping out pure gold for almost 2 months now and if you missed it before now is your chance to catch up. i am not kidding. no, really. no joke. i mean it. this is not a self-deprecating attempt to distract you from the fact that i've got nothing to say right now. i'm speaking very sincerely and with all due seriousness. there is solid gold in the archives. i mean, there's some great great stuff that i could have lost. no, no, that WE could have lost. man. for a minute there, i thought i'd totally blown it. history would never have forgiven me.
