no offense, Ruth Holladay, but it's a little tasteless when a rookie cop shoots (four times!) and kills an unarmed (and drunk) college student to blame the student's drinking and start moaning about the Whiskey Man. maybe if the police started shooting all underage drinkers, no, anyone drinking on sight we wouldn't have these horrible problems.

Sorry, Mr. & Mrs. McKinney, but in Muncie, Indiana we don't train our police officers in non-lethal force until they have at least two or three unjustified shootings under their belt. And besides, your son was drunk. Don't blame us. Blame the Whiskey Man.
