never, ever pass up an opportunity to see the movie Billy Jack. this movie rates a 7.5 out of 10 on the unintentional comedy scale and features:

an obviously white star playing a half-Indian (also a Green Beret)
a bizarre, unarticulated undercurrent of pedophilia
a writer/director/star who put his own wife & child in the movie
a bevy of stereotypical small-town Americans, a "Mexican" named O.K. Corrales, and a little girl named "God's Precious Gift of Sunshine"
the line "as far as I know, the white man has made 3,500 treaties with the Indian and has broken 3,499 of them"
an unusually high level of emphasis on the straight-to-the-camera monologue

the movie is a piece of vaguely leftist propaganda from the early 70's whose incapacity for self-reflection and utter lack of depth turn it into an accidental sendup of both counter-culture and the mainstream. i highly recommend it.
