i went to a lecture entitled "Christianity, Islam & Love" last night. there was discussion afterwards. the Christians spent their time telling the one Muslim man in the room what he believed and asking accusatory questions about his religious beliefs. the one Muslim man in the room spent his time asking rhetorical questions and condemning terrorism. this was, i think, supposed to be a birthday celebration for one of the members of our party. i'm not sure how successful it was. but the lecture was nice.
