i'm sitting at my desk, about 4-5 feet from the window and if i extend my arm i can feel on my palm waves of cold coming off of the window FROM ALMOST 2 FEET AWAY. it is too damned cold out. so we finally broke down this afternoon and scrounged up a space heater for the data entry room. and as we went to plug it in it became clear that cold air was SHOOTING INTO THE ROOM THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET. since we Americans seem to have such a love affair with declaring war on impersonal concepts (Terror, Poverty, Drugs) i suggest a new war: The War on Weather. we can call it Operation: Liberty Storm Shield of Freedom Hammer.
