unconfirmed rumor has Fred Jones participating in the NBA All-star Slam Dunk competition. he's no LBJ, but last night he (at 6'2") jumped so high in blocking a layup that he hit his head on the padding on the backboard. for the mathematically challenged that's about 3'10" or 46" vertically.
i have long contended that the internet knows very close to everything. apparently it now knows, among other things, who would be my ideal candidate for president. peep these results:
1. Your ideal theoretical candidate. (100%)
2. Kucinich, Rep. Dennis, OH - Democrat (63%)
3. Sharpton, Reverend Al - Democrat (62%)
4. Clark, Retired General Wesley K., AR - Democrat (62%)
5. Kerry, Senator John, MA - Democrat (58%)
6. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT - Democrat (57%)
7. Edwards, Senator John, NC - Democrat (55%)
8. Moseley-Braun, Former Senator Carol, IL - Democrat (49%)
9. Libertarian Candidate (47%)
10. Gephardt, Rep. Dick, MO - Democrat (43%)
11. Lieberman, Senator Joe, CT - Democrat (41%)
12. Bush, President George W. - Republican (30%)
13. Phillips, Howard - Constitution (12%)
take the test yourself, sucka!
with all of the precincts reporting, it is clear that the Kucinich - Sharpton ticket is the wave of the future as far as this American is concerned. and really, who would've thunk it? then again, if the Internet says so, then it must be true.
