I am currently in the new apartment. I slept 6 hours last "night" plus the however many hours I slept on airplanes (4-6 total? less? more?). I'm tired and bleary-eyed. But I'm awake, I've made contact with HQ (code name : Booteens) and I'm ready to face the day. Or what have you. It's 7:30 here. Do Italians do daylight savings? Subjects for future research.

She's coming just before Thanksgiving. So I need to look up 'turkey' in my Italian dictionary.
johan was born around thanksgiving last year, and we called him "pavo" before he was born. that's turkey in spanish, so it's probably pavozzi or something in italian.
