Good news:
The Colts are coming to SF next year on October the ninth. This is doubly good news, seeing as it means that I can likely go to my second NFL game ever. Additionally, it means that we play the NFC West this year, which means a few more patsies with which to (God willing) pad the record and secure a playoff spot in the actually-competitive AFC, as opposed to the fake-competitive NFC.

More good news:
The Pacers are in the playoffs. This is an accomplishment in and of itself, considering the circus that this season became. But I think we've got a good shot at winning it all, particularly if we can just get Gene Hackman to replace Rick Carlisle for the playoffs.
