California looks the same as when I left it

Found on the sidewalk near the park:

One slightly battered baseball card bearing a nice, if somewhat red-faced watercolor head-and-shoulders of a bearded, vaguely Christ-like Steve "Bedrock" Bedrosian, circa 1988. There are no statistics on this card, just some southwestern-ish abstract art behind his head and a little paragraph on the back. This card is number 24.
